Debjani Das is an early childhood education specialist with 32 years of experience shaping how young children learn across India. Based in Kolkata, she has built a career spanning classroom practice, curriculum design, teacher training, and educational publishing.
She has worked with some of India’s most recognized names in early education, including Zee Learn, EuroKids, Little Laureates, and others, and played a key role in establishing the preschool chain of a leading West Bengal-based education company. Over the course of her career, she has personally trained over 3,000 teachers, equipping them with practical, classroom-ready skills grounded in sound pedagogy.
Debjani currently serves as a resource person for leading publishing houses, including Prachi and Madhuban, contributing her expertise to curriculum and content development. She works under her own practice, GBH IND. CHain of preschool and daycare, where her work spans literacy and phonics materials, STEM content, teacher training decks, and academic support content aligned with CBSE/ICSE frameworks.

Sujata bringing sharp operational discipline to the world of early childhood care. She manages daycare administration and logistics — enrollment, scheduling, staffing, and safety — ensuring the center runs smoothly and reliably for parents and staff alike.
Beyond operations, Sujata is hands-on with the children themselves, planning engaging daily activities that keep young learners curious, active, and happy. Her approach blends structure with warmth: well-organized systems that create the security kids need to explore and grow.
